It was average. I stopped playing it last summer because competetive multiplayer got awful stale, asnd the challenges you need to level up and get the good planes became darn near impossible. And leveling up was just taking so long. not to mention they used the same digital model for like 4 different planes. that irked me a little.

I might buy this one, but Ubisoft had better've made some BIG improvements from the last one.

I will try the demo if they have one. Other than that no promice ill even read the cover in a store. I despised the first one. I may not give this one twe shits. It has one hell of a leap to make to get my attention. I would rather play IL2 on SIM mode than play HAWX.....


(by play I mean spend hours crashing as I try to move in for a kill shot. lol. But its fun as hell flying it that way. I just love the feel of it. I don't know why but I do)

i liked the story of the first one. it had potential. multiplayer was repititious.... plus the level system sucked ass
