Without a doubt Battletoads.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battletoads
Lowest common denominator... It is why we have mind your head signs on low doorways.
I've not played many games prior to Xbox 360, though I did play the Age of Empires games religiously on the PC. Some of those were virtually impossible to beat on the harder settings. I would literally be sweating after a game trying to keep up with the massive armies the CPU would throw at me. Just as you defeat one army you look at the mini map to see another blotch on the radar on the way to your land. I never tried COD4 on vet, and thats because COD2 on vet broke me. I did actually smash a controller playing that one, and I was 90% finished at the time. I went to buy another controller about a week later, and when I loaded the game my save game was GONE. I would have had to start from the beginning again, I ALMOST smashed my new controller over that. Needless to say I wasn't about to start over. Some of those levels were insane, Jetmech knows, the silo? The trenches on the Normandy beaches? Popping the green smoke and waiting for reinforcements on D-Day? NEVER AGAIN!!
