Another team signing up? I talked to a few XGC myself over the last few weeks, but finding enough interest, was the one lingering doubt those I talked to had. Very Nice. I'll look him up on your friends List, and see if I cant make room for him on mine. Tell him I'll try and have that sorted out this weekend, and then I'll answer any questions he might have, soon.

I know what you mean guys. I will say to every team leader. RUN YOUR OWN TEAM. Stay on top of things and don't wait for your squadron leader to do things nor wait for others to come to you. ASK-ask-ASK.

Squadron leaders if you have more than one team do not run them all. You are not that good. Don't take it personal its just too much for any one person to do. Run a single team at a time. Never over reach yourself. Appoint a team leader and make it clear its their job to do "EVERYTHING"

Trainings, practice matches, tactics testing, plane selections, pilot rosters, subs recruitment, SAAMer appointment, SAAMer backup & anything else you can think of. Its all on the head & shoulders of the team leader. If they don't get it done the squadron leader should not be contacted as a back up. That team should be faulted for the match. The team leader did not do his job not the squadron leader. There is too much going on to blame a squadron leader for the failings of a second third or fourth team under the same squadron name.

PERSONAL responsibility is the key.

Pleased inform them, Jason2525 has removed himself from the roster. I need a Registered Team Representative..to come to the site, declare this, and they can still compete in this event, come April 5th. If no Team Rep appears, then unfortunately, I will assume the Team is nil and void by the 2nd of April. They will not be included in Battle Order drawing on the 3rd, and offically out of the tourney.
