Match Scheduling

All matches have to be agreed upon no later than 9PM PST Thursday each week.

 Just to clarify, the date/time of the match have to be decided by 9PM PST Thursday, but the actual match has until 7PM PST on Sunday to take place.

Once the date and time has been agreed upon by both team leaders, they will both need to notify me when it will take place via The Team Leader Scheduling / Communication Thread. One leader can post while the second leader can make a follow-up post acknowledging the agreed-upon time. BOTH leaders need to post otherwise it will won�t be considered agreed-upon. Because of this, start working out times early in the week so that you will not only reach an agreement, but will have time to post your agreed-upon time.

Any time the two participating teams agree upon for their match is acceptable so long as it falls within the rule that Jus DoC HoLiDaY has stated earlier. That rule being

�All matches for each tier have 7 days to compete. From Monday to Sunday, with a closing time for matches at 6PM PST on Sunday of that week! Once again, You have from Monday to Sunday of the new match week to arrange your matches with your competitors, failing this, the situation will be reviewed by myself and JetMech72, with refuse_orders / LORD FERO / ThreeMilesHigh acting as advisers, if need be, for a fair and just decision.�

There are NO excuses for lack of communication. If you can read this, you already have one method. Since you are playing on Xbox Live, you have a second method. Utilize them and prevent any problems from occurring last-minute. Jus DoC HoLiDaY and I aren�t here to hold anyone�s hand. We�re all adults here, so these communications need to take place between the team leaders without moderation from Jus DoC HoLiDaY or myself.

Once a match has been agreed upon and I have been notified, the date and time will be entered into the tourney board.

Once set, matches can not be rescheduled�that is what the subs are for�with the following exception: if a match was scheduled to take place prior to Thursday, it can be rescheduled provided it is still within the 6PM PST Sunday timeline.

*Note that the following are merely guidelines in the event that the team-leaders cannot resolve the issues amongst themselves. The main idea is that the matches are run in a timely manner. If the team-leaders can do this on their own great, if not, then these guidelines are to be followed.

Match start issues

If a team is not ready to go at the agreed upon time they have 30 minutes to provide their approved 5 man team otherwise a forfeit will be declared. The Xbox Live clock will be used as they should all be synchronized.

Connection issues

In the event that a player drops within the first 5 minutes of the match you have the option to replace them or try again. However, if a drop occurs a second time you will have 15 minutes to find a substitute, or you must forfeit the match.

Hosting

Each team will have the opportunity to host a match with the tiebreaker going to the team with the highest score.
