XBL Tourney Teams,

For those who played in last tourney you know what this thread is about, for those who dont, this thread is for direct communication with the Teams you will be pitted against. Along with PM's, E-mail, X-box messages, Private chat, and Party chat, you have the responcibility to arrange your matches.

I WILL NOT BE PERSONALLY ARRANGING YOUR MATCHES, My job is to simple give you the order you play other teams and further the tourney along. IT's up to you, to get together with whom you must, come to agreement with them for your matches such as time and day, who will play what side first, and make sure all your Team is ready, or substitutes on stand by.

So, when you finnish a match, the second thing you should do, after posting your score card, is give a shout out to your next opponents. That gets the ball rolling. I then suggest temporairly including the NEXT Teams Leader on your Friends list.

I am just ITCHING with sweaty palms for our match to start guys. This will be so cool. We fly against DARKNESS first. Oh I could not have picked a better start. hehehe

Actually I was going to have a battle order drawing on sunday..those team numbers were just filling in spaces. but hell..if everyone doesn't care..I'll replace the numbers with names, and we rock and roll in the order given.

In other events with more teams...it could be a factor picking who played who first...and GREAT game judge must make his position as neutral as can be had. Random Battleordering is one way I do this.

But with that said..and just 4 teams..in Round Robin..it matters less cause the matches are less, and options of teams are less. So it would appear I'll replace the numbers (representing numbers on Roster sheet, with Team names) if no one minds.

Jason, just so I can get this on record, I'm booked every night on weekdays until friday and saturday. and no garuntees with my connection. the best bet is for someone other than you to host the room, since I can't connect to any of the games you host. Just keep that in mind when you set things up with the other teams.

As it stands right now the match between The Dark Angels & DARKNESS will be on Friday at 12:00 EST. I would like for BMW to confirm this on site if you have time. Just so the records are correct.

I expect a great match and lots of fun. I am so ready for this and most my guys are just chomping at the bit to get at this. DARKNESS I hope you are ready for some fun cause we are goning to have a blast. Lets have some fun guys.

Life throws even Game judges curve balls, just got a second call from one of my employer's to get ready to go work out of town the rest of week. which means I will be limited to, logging at nights in my Motel room.

that being said..fear not. Jetmech72, is a Great friend of mine..and an alternate Game judge, should for some reason, I have limited contact. He's been my mostly silent partner for a very long time, is my age, has a way cooler temperament then I. And I trust his decisions absolutely 100%, as we have both learned how, involving the net, in most cases, it's best to run these events, through trial...and....error. Nobody's perfect.

That said I should be around, but..you must always plan for the worse. I called Jet last weekend, and he was ready to take over temporarily if I should not be in contact for some reason. I will call him today just to make sure that he is aware.
